I just swicthed to Blazer vanes and i shoot a 29inch arrow at 65lb.I shoot a 125gr but would a 100gr fly better

What spine are your 29" arrows?

well the first qeustion i should ask is are you shooting a wisker bisket, because blazer vanes are made specifically for a drrop away arrow rest. now as far as flight difference yes they will fly truer at 100 grain, but if u are set on 125 it wont make a whole lot of difference

This is the first time I have heard that blazer are only for drop aways
I no longer shoot blazers but when I did I used a WB and they worked great.. I have also heard many times over, blazers being recommended for WB...

Back to topic: As mentioned it depends on the spine of the arrow whether it will effect performance..IMO you should be fine moving down in weight.. Better to be overspined rather than underspined...Is there a reaon your thinking of switching to 100 gr?
