speed and the STS
 
Is there some speed loss with the MeanV's STS ?
Just wondering ???

Why would there be? The arrow is already gone by the time the string contacts the STS.

Of the bows I have tested with String Suppressors there is No speed lose. There can be a slight gain if you remove the string silencers and the Bow will still remain as quiet.

I gained a small amount of speed on my son's Fred Bear Element.

The silencing effect far outweighs any slow down. If there is any loss of speed, its not that noticeable to me.

I dont know why but I gained about 3 fps tested it many times . just dont know why.. meanv is the way to go over the sts meanv weights alittle less no block
