Quick Tune 360

Anybody use this rest. Do you like it? Looks kinda like a cheaper version of
the hostage.

I used it last season, not bad but the brushes do get worn out and they don't sell replacements, however after contacting NAP, they sent me new ones yesterday free of charge. The rest was noisy during the draw to begin with so I lowered the bottom piece a hair so the arrow wasn't tight to the upper brushes when I drew back but it was snug enough that it wouldn't fall off either. Also put moleskin on plastic pad that the arrow sits on. All in all it's a good rest imo, but you got check it for wear if you shoot alot.

bottom post broke easily. arrow can fall between. fletching contact if not set up properly. were all looking for the next great rest but i went back to the bizcut. i may try a drip:D away this year. i just cant get the bizcut to group like my old fork rest but up to 25 yards its the best hunting rest. i just miss the accuracy i had out to 35 and 40 yards that i cant get with the bixcut.

Is the bottom post a plunger?

RE: Quick Tune 360

It's an adjustable aluminum post (guessyou couldcall it a plunger),the part the arrow actually sits on is hard plastic, I put moleskin on it to make it quiet.

So it depresses downward from the pressureof the released arrow?

It'll also break, mine did the day before the start of the 2006 season (bought itthat spring to try in place of my whisker biscuit). I will however have to give NAP a good review, in that I e-mailed them that night and had a replacement by the middle of the next week. Overall, though, there are better rests out there. Iwent back tothe "evil" whisker biscuit, nothing to wear-out. I think I'll stay with the WB.

The only problem I've come across with mine is making sure the brushes are set evenly. Too much pressure from one side and it will throw your arrow off. Have not had any wear issues or noise issues.
