RE: Bowtech Hostage Rest
ORIGINAL: Matt / PA www.fuelthehunt.com To answer your question, yeah they will wear out first, they have to........I just don't know how long that takes. They are an insert though so each bristle set can be replaced. One neat feature of having threee separate brushes is that you can rotate them around when the bottom brushshows signs of wear, this way you get 3 times the use out of them.;) Oh, and as Matt eluded to, the Hostage Pro is a great rest. |
RE: Bowtech Hostage Rest
I Love my Limb Drivers, but I will have a Hostage rest on my General this Spring for Turkey season:D
The Pro looks to be an awesome rest. Dan |
RE: Bowtech Hostage Rest
Another question... can you shoot Blazers out of it? Is there enough clearance? And if not, Matt, will the new one accomodate?
|
RE: Bowtech Hostage Rest
One change to the Hostage Pro was to increase the the size enough to allow ample clearance. My wife has the original Hostage on her bow and even though it is close has not had a problem shooting Blazers:D

RE: Bowtech Hostage Rest
Good to know... Thanks... I may wait the 3 days to see the new one and get the higher quality one. I can't seen any reason why I shouldn't switch from the WB. More speed, quieter, won't ruin vanes (as fast)...

RE: Bowtech Hostage Rest
Yep! All the advantages, none of the disadvantages!;)

RE: Bowtech Hostage Rest
I wonder if the new one will have the same advantages... I imagine it will.
