First off Im a die hard Bowtech fan, now I shot the 82nd today impressive , but I didnt like the way it felt when drawing it back , it felt stiff , now i was wandering if that changed after it was shot for some time does it loosen up any

Probably not. any change in draw cycles in bows over time is more than likely a result of string/cable stretch. Not a good thing. the 82' has a harsh draw curve for a reason, its where all that awsome speed comes from. thenice thing is though, that there is absolutly no problem with shooting one of these at 60 lbs. They generate plenty of kinetic energy and way more than enough speed. it allows you to have a lighter draw, which coupled with that harsh draw cycle, make it more like the friendlier 70# bowtechs that you love. :)

It's a beautiful looking bow, that's for sure. They just need to shorten it up to about 33" and sacrafice a little speed for a smoother draw. It seems like where the technology is at right now that 320 fps is about tops for a good all around bow. It will be interesting to see if they can make bow like the Airborne with a smoother draw next year. Anyway, we bow hunters have become soft. The bow is still way better then the bow that was available nearly 10 years ago.

he M77, have you shot the new HCA's? they are very smooth drawing bows for the velocity they produce. i was extremely pleased with the Iron mace. You have to remember, you can shoot these bows at a much lighter draw weight and still get the equivelent KE and velocity as out of your old 70# behemoth.

You will find the 82nd is at the head of the class in speed bows. Did you draw the bow at your draw length? That makes a huge difference;)I shot the 101 and was impressed by several things including the smooth draw for a speed bow. I like the addition of a 36" A to A bow. Bowtech already has a 33" A to A Speed bow in the Allegiance, which has got to be one of the best speed/hunting bows on the market. The Airbornes will definitely push the marks made by the Allegiance:D

Oh yeah, both of em!!! The 101 is right up there on the list of things to get!!! I didnt find the draw cycle to be bad at all, But I have been shooting for a while, and my original 50lb bear was harder to draw than anything in the world now!! lol Yeah....i am 24 and just got my first really new bow after 16 years of havin one in my hand. :)
They are very similar to the iron mace and the other HCA's I like em all. The 101 is very very nice. no doubt.

I realize the poundage is a factor but I shoot one of Bowtechs fastest bows now the VFT EXTREME 292 at 29 inches 64 pounds , maybe just the 2 cam design, versus the solo cam , either way I will shoot the 82nd some more at my buds shop gonna try it at 64 pounds with both mods thanks guys

Awesome looking bow, I prefer the Speed Force and wonder about the warranty however. Thanks for pointing them out
