Default 2008 bows

Hi all, was wondering if anyone has shot the 2008 bowtech commander or the 2008 hoyt 38 pro, i'am looking to get a new compound and have narrowed it down to these 2 bows, i like the longer axle to axle and the longer brace height bows. The shops here dont have either in yet so i'am just looking for comments on them, i do plan to shoot them both before i buy.

I haven't shot the Bowtech, but the 38 is one sweet shootin son of a gun. Very smooth, incredibly quiet and pretty quick. The couple I've seen average around 310.

My mistake, I'm thinking of the Seven37.......Everything else I said about the 38 is true though...

I like Hoyts, and the 38 Pro is one of their smoothest and most forgiving models. Very popular for 3-D out here, and a great hunting bow for those who prefer a little longer ATA. I haven't shot the Commander, but have shot the General and Guardian. Liked the General a little better - very quiet and shock free. Draw cycle felt pretty good to me - in fact I was amazed that the bow was actually 70 lbs. I would have guessed no heavier than 63-64. But the Hoyt has an even smoother draw cycle - silky smooth with no bumps.

I have a Commander in 50lb for field archery.

It is one of the sweetest bows I have shot, deadly accurate and stealthy quiet

It shoots a lot better than I do
