The best sight available... What might it be?

Im just wondering through your perspectives, what is the best sight available on the market? (as in best i mean easily adjustable, and good, bright pins, and tough)

In my opinion, after more than 35 years in archery? For an all round sight one of the HHA OL series. 5000, 5019, 5519---soemthing like that. They're a little heavy than most adjustables, but made of thicker machined metal and the guard protects the pin very well in hunting situations. Can be set for a fixed distance (like 25 yards for hunting, but adjusted for different distances for practice and 3D. Bright enough you don't need a light even when the light is fading, ergo no expensivebatteries needed.

Everything is machined aluminum except the nylon washers and steel nuts and bolts. No cheap $.02 molded plastic. Lifetime warranty with virtually no questions asked.

The HHL Ol series are one pin adjustable sights, great for 3-d but NOT for hunting. You're not going to have time to make a sight adjustment in most hunting situations on any shot over 30 yards or so. I've also heard of guys forgetting that they made anadjusment on these style sights and then shooting high in the heat of the moment (ummmm, yes, happened to me too years ago).

I'd recomend the Spot hog, Hogg-it with wrap kit or the g5 Optix ME, both in 0.019 pins for hunting. They both have good micro adjustments, are bright and somewhat gaurd the fiber optic filliments unlike the Trophy Ridge sights.

I agree, the G5 optix ME is a real beauty, and even if you should break a pin, they'll replace it for ya in no time, even when you live in the UK.

When I researched sights for my new Allegiance, I wanted the best.....I looked at everything I could and this is what I found and feel is the best sight on the market.

It's the Predator Viper Pro MT by Viper Archery Products. I loved this sight so much I bought a second one for my Trykon then sold the whole rig to a friend. I just ordered and received my 3rd one which I installed on my General.
