Boots?

I put this in another topic, and it pretty much went un-touched. So let's try it here.

Ok Guys. I have narrowed it down to 2 boots.

Irish Setter DeerTracker Model # 1877. I have Redwing Boots and love them. So these should do well

Or.. Rocky BearClaw2 Series Model # 9149

Any info on either boots would be great. I know Rocky's hold up forever, but how do they feel? And how long do the Setters hold up?

Thanks Guys!

Rocky's are the best. I have the Deetstalker Extreme with SCS and they are in great shape for 4 years old.

Well I had a pair of Lacross Rubbers but I hated the ankle fit, it was a production to get them off. SO this year I bought the Irish setters. Tis a fine boot, They are not warm though, not that it matters cause i switch to rocky 1000gram when it gets cold. The one thing I will say is, They seem to fit right but they will give me blisters if I have to walk a long way.

i have 2 pairs of rockys. I cant find anything negative to say about them. Theyre comfortable and for 6 yrs have held up great under some pretty good wear.

I have never owned a pair of Irish setters. I have three pairs of rockies one pair for elk, one pair for deer, one for cold weather. Very comfortable boots second only to my Danners.
