Mosquitoes tore me up tonight and I was thinking about trying one. Cabelas seems to have positive reviews but anybody on here tried one?

I just picked one up the other day and havent had a chance to use it yet. From everything I have heard they are well worth the money.

Yes I use one all summer coyote hunting. If it is breezy put yourself down wind of it. They work really you will be happy with it.

What about the new scent in the air? Does it effect the deer?

I like thermacell better than bug spray. Only problem is its costly, but you get what you pay for.

thermalls do work great hae been using one down here in florida and love it doesn't seem to bother the deer or hogs.

They work good, and the deer dont seem to be bothered by them.

So far for me, Thermacell is a Godsend! The skeeters here is South Central Wisconsin this year are the worst in history because of all the flooding. I used it all season so far. Opening day I had an 8 pointer bed down 19 yards on one side of me and had 2 does in the woods on the other side. Had a slight breeze that couldn't decide which way to go; I thought I would be busted. Nope! Buck laid there for over 90 minutes (Damn earn-a-buck)and the does kept about their business just out of bow range. Get a Thermacell, if not for this year, for next!

thermacells are awsome... they work great. ive used them bow hunting and turkey hunting. keeps the bugs away and deer arent bothered by it
