I had an issue with one of the hubs in my DB Matrix. The set screw that keeps the canvas secure to the hub was stripped out. When I contacted DB, they answered the phone in a timely manner and didn't ask a lot of questions about how long I had the Matrix, where did I buy it from, or even request that I go to where I bought it from for service. They simply asked if that was the only issue I had and for my name and address. He let me know it would be shipped out today and I should receive it on Monday.
