It is too dark and at a distance will look like a big black blob.

What you need is an open camo that will break up your out line.

Camo's like Predator,Enigma, Asat etc

A friend of mine recently purchased this suit, and the quality is very good. It seems to be quite durable and constructed well. I do, however, agree w/ Ausie, and what's more is that a 3D pattern will be darker than a 2D, and tends to blob more. But it is 3D, and that helps....

Thanks fellows, being color blind I don't pick up on the blending as well as most. I mostly look at the outlines of things. A good break up looks good to me . . .as in breaking up the outline of the suit.

i know this sounds crazy - but youve actually got an advantage over all of us, because its not the colors used in camo (read an article once that light pink was the best) its the lightness/darkness of the camo in relation to the background/surroundings

i would say the ghil-leaf would be awesome for real early deer season, and turkey hunting. ive slowly been "coming around" to the predaor camo. i personally just updated all mine from mossyoak (too dark) to realtree ap (much lighter)

Looks like every other leaf cut ghillie I've ever seen, including mine.

I have to say after looking at the Predator series, I am very impressed.

Because I'm either in my wheelchair or sitting somewhere I could get to I bought Bush-in-a-bag. It's 3D and covers anything I need to cover. Even when I'm hiding behind a fallen tree, I cover me and anything else it'll cover. Between my camo clothes and the Bush-in-a-bag I think I'm pretty much covered. If I can ever get into a treestand I'd probably use it to cover myself and hide the stand in the process.
