RE: QAD Rest Questions
I guess with mabe the right adjustment's I could shoot cock vane up ,but for some reason I'm getting contact shooting my arrow's that way .But being that when the cock vane is up mean's that the other fletching's are in a downward position giving me contact ,now shooting cock vane down mean's that my other fletching's are in an upward position giving me the clearance thatI need .I'll spend some time over the winter and see whatI need to do to shoot that way.
But I'm shooting contact free with cock vane down right now. nubo |

RE: QAD Rest Questions
I'm also shooting the QAD Ultrarest HD Pro Series with the Blazers and the performance has been impressive. Flawless arrow flight and total clearance, I couldn't be happier with my choice!

RE: QAD Rest Questions
Well thanks alot guys. My next question would have to deal with dependability. My current drop away likes to come out of adjustment about every 3 weeks, this is with me shooing maybe 20-30 arrows 3 or 4 nites a week. It'll do this without anywarning, I'll start shooting 4" low out of nowhere. It's not in my strings or cables, it's a rest problem.
Anybody have this problem with the QAD? |
RE: QAD Rest Questions
Thanks for the advice. I spoke with a PSE tech and he said it was safe to just rotate the buss/control cable slide to allow for more room. I have since done that and this bow is shooting better then ever with the cock vane straight up.....got tons of clearance now.
