RE: Releases

What do you people think about the Stanislawski Eagle Series of releases. They are designed like a BT release but they incorporate a middle finger trigger. I figure that it will help with better accuracy for target and hunting. Other than that release, what do you think about Carter Enterprises new Strapless release. I just can't figure out how the trigger works on it. It looks like the hook and trigger are one peice but then how would it release the loop??

RE: Releases

I still use a carter big kid. The release in the picture with the middle finger trigger TO ME was the most awful thing I ever shot. It just would not work for me. I could never get my middle finger trained to stay off that trigger position. Ever time I would draw, my middle finger would want to go straight to that trigger. I hit myself in the mouth about a dozen times and thudded plenty arrows 5 or 10 feet in front of me. Might work for you though. Everyones different. I sold mine on ebay about two weeks ago. A friend of mine also has one he's wanting to get rid of.

Who has experience with the Jim Fletcher "Fletchunter". It looks like a really good hunting release.

RE: Releases

Doesn't anyone use the Scott Little Bitty Goose NCS (w/ the strap). I really love the feel and the trigger is perfect? I have trried some of the releases mentioned but they all seem bulky once I get all of my hunting gear on.

Just My Opinion

Thanks Jeff
