RE: reflex ridgeline
Several years ago I bought a Reflex Grizzly - I was pretty happy with it. Good bow for the money (believe I got it for around 300). It’s set around 63lbs and is shooting around 244 FPS, which is plenty fast for me… Seems like it's a fairly forgiving bow and I didn't have any problem being proficient out to 50+yds.
Two years ago I upgraded to a Matthews Switchback and absolutely love it! |

The reflex bows are great for the money. But, if you are will to spend more you may want to look into the hoyts. The Reflex bows are a sub company of hoyt, and do use some of their technology. If you went with the hoyt you would be getting better cams, and a better string to start you off with. I decided I liked the hoyt better so that is why I bought it. Good luck.

When I got back into archery after a 20 yr break I started with a Reflex Grizzly. Great bows for the money.

RE: reflex ridgeline
I've got 2 reflex bows, Buckskin and Timberwolf. I haven't had any problems with either one. They make nice smooth and quiet bows but one thing I have noticed is their models keep getting heavier and everybody elses are getting lighter. I shot the Ridgeline and liked it fairly well but the one that impressed me the most was the Rampage and it is about 100 bucks less.
