RE: fletching color
you want as much white as you can,it shows best going thru a deer..
years ago when i made my own arrows,i shoot a recuve,we always made our arrows WHITE..
today if your arrow is not white, use white wraps and 2 vanes white...
get the white in your arrows....

I use white wraps with flo yellow and white vanes, probably one of the easiest to find IMO! this year I am using white wraps with flo yellow orflo orange or white vanes.(combos)
I have 6 different arrows fletched all different colors using orange, yellow, and white haha. A buddy of mine told me tonight it looked like I had clown arrows haha! Hey I bought a fletcher and a 100 blazer vanes whats a man to do?? So this time next year I will defiantely be able to tell you what I think...

RE: fletching color
i will send you some of mine,haha..
good to see picture of buck not doe or fawn..
i used to hunt montgomery county,md in archerya few years ago..
bucks were so big in my sisters yard she used to get horns caught in her snowthrower..she had 3 boxers and took all snow off 1/4 acre of land in yard for dogs...
i killed a 11 point with 20 inch spread in 2001 in back of her home..
boy, anti hunters did not like hunters much in that county, now they have sharpshooters killing all deer off because they are eating rich peoples flowers..
catholic nuns went after sharpshooters and would not let them on the church property to kill the deer...........

I think that white will only help you determine the kind of hit you had when looking at the blood on your arrow. White does not show up well when pout againsta deers body, so therefore not a good dominent colour. The best combo I have found is to you Flo. Orange and Flo.Yelloow, with a white wrap. This will give you a good indication of the hit when shot, and the type of bloodtrail/what vitals you hit.
