Magnus Broadhead Warrenty
 

I just called Magnus Archery today to see what size replacement adapters the Snuffer used because i had bent several. Immediately they told me to send them back for replacement. I told Mark it was not a warrenty issue since i had been shooting them into trees, rocks and every thing else that you are not suppose to. He said it didn't matter they would replace them. I refused since i am what damaged them. He still insisted on replacing them. Finally we came to a compromise and he is sending me a dozen new replacement broadhead screw in adapters. That is the kind of customer service i can get use to. Thanks Magnus.

Yep, thier customer service is grrreat. I had one of my stingers blade chipped (when I miss a deer) and hit a rock of some sort. I called them andthey replaced it, no questions ask.
