RE: What is the best flying 3 blade fixed head these days?

I use the Sullivan innerloc three blade broadhead. My arrows are fletched with 2" blazer slight twist, Carbon force arrows, NAP loop knocks and topped of with 75gr innerloc. They fly just like my field points. This is a very tuff BH. The blades lock into the body and the tip inserts inside the same body all the way thru. I believe this broahead is about as good as it gets today.
Also use Slick Trick 4 blade 100gr magnums. Same great result as the innerloc. There is a guy who posted some tests results he conducted by shooting into the side of a refrigerator busting up shafts but was shooting 30+ times with the same BH before it would fail. He tested many different BH's and most failed within 2-3 shots. He did not test the Sullivan Innerloc. I am positive it would have done very well also.
Both are great BH's and are some straight shooting and very, very tuff.
Hope this helps and good luck this year.

I switched to the NAP 100 gr crossfire last season and I found themto bemore accurate than the muzzys I was using.Even though it's a fixed blade, the blades rotate.

Slick Tricks fly great for me and leave really nice holes and blood trails.

I shot one ofmy dad'sNAP crossfires Friday at 30 yds with a serious wind and the arrow flew true and hit where I was aiming. Before that the broadhead wasn't even on my radar but has now gained some serious interest by me.

I have always used 125 3 blade Muzzy's with great success (accuracy and penetration). I shot a 238 lb. field dressed buck 2 years ago at 25 yards from a ground blind. The arrow went thru both shoulder blades. I have bought a new bow and am now shooting the MX-4 100 grain hitting just like my field points.

I find itodd how someone claims a broadhead is "accurate". Most guys take a broadhead out of the package, put it on, and shoot. If it hits the spot they are aiming at then it's said to be a accurate head if not it's not a good head.

Most guys buy a gun and shoot it out of the box and if it doesn't hit the spot then they sight it in. They don't go sell the gun and get another one.

Too many guys want to blame the broadheads performance and not take the time to make them accurate. Most any head will shoot fine if they work at it a little.

I used to shoot the Muzzy 4 blade and had no complaints. I changed a few years and now shoot 100 grain Thunderheads. I think each of these broadheads are a great choice.
