Finally bought the STS
 

Well, After all of the rave reviews of the STS systems I finally broke down and bought one. I should have it in couple of days. I bought the rear mount STS for my Switchback XT. Are they hard to install / tune?
Any installation feedback / tips would be greatly appreciated.

Very anxious to see how you like it - was it money well spent? If you had to do it over again, would you purchase a STS?

Just installed mine three days ago and love it. Very easy to install and what a difference it makes. It does not even feel like the same bow. I did server the contact point of the string. STS provided some serving. It make sense to serve the contact area. I will see how it holds up. I did have concern initially that it would be in my way since I use a Steady Ready due to an earlier shoulder imjury. So far so good though. My groups are tight at 40 yards and I am very pleased with this product. I will be purchasing two for my other bows. Hope this helps and good luck.

All I can say is WOW... Definately not overrated. Took all shock (the little I had) out of the shot. My groups were instantly tighter. Looks pretty good too. 3 of my buddies are going out and getting them now for their Bowtech & Mathews.

STS's are fantastic. Play with it a little bit. I though mine was best 1/16" away from the string until I tried it resting against the string.

I've had mine on for almost 1 year now and you couldn't pay me to hunt without one.
