how much?

a guy offered me a bow and its called ahigh country bow and he hasent decided how much he wants for it and it is in good shape but hes had it for 6 years and he bought it new in 2001 so i was wondering what would be a good price for it.thanks.

Buyer bewarewhen it comes toused bows, especially one that old. Also, the fact that it's a High Country means that it certainly isn't a very popular bow and would be very difficult to resale to anyone else, ever. Honestly, there's no way the bow could be worth anymore than$150. Also, you might want to compare it's value to a similar bows on Ebay, this will generally give you a good indication of what something it going for.

Not quite sure why this was said?? I know a few people with high country bows and IMO they are a good bow! One of the bows is around a 2000 or 2001 and he is still shooting it and shooting it good! Yes though do be careful when buying a used bow! Gd luck!

6 yrs old. Not a very main stream bow. Who knows if it has been dry fired, dropped, kicked, broken string, etc.

I would offer $75 tops. $100 with a hard case and some arrows.

I was High Country shooter for several years. I Loved the bows back in their day, but I have to agree with Cornfed that $150 would be tops I'd give for the bow. It depends a lot on the model, abuse it's had, etc., etc. ;)
