Trophy Taker rests

I know a lot of you like the Trophy Taker. Which model do you like the best(original, shakey hunter, or new pronghorn)? I thought the pronghorn looked the best. Can someone explain to me what the different types are(slide adjust, micro adjust, slide lock)? Is each one meant for certain kinds of bows?

(slide adjust, micro adjust, slide lock)?
The items you listed are not bow specific. The only think that I can think of on a trophy taker that is bow specific is the mounting bar and the windage adjustment. I hope this helped a little bit.

I personally shoot the shaky hunter, and I am very happy with it. When I do up grade to a new bow, I will most likely switch to the pronghorn. I currently live in the high plains of NM where a calm day equals 25mph winds, and there have been a few times where a strong gust has slightly shifted my arrow on the rest. I feel that the deeper V in the prong horn will help to eliminate this.
As for adjustments, that is not a bow specific concern. It simply aids in tuning your rest.

If you have a hoyt, you will want the xl windage so you can easily adjust it with a normal allen wrech. Before the XL, I used a modified allen wrench to adjust the windage.
