Bowtech Wild Thing

Any have or use the Bowtech/Diamond Wild Thing stabilizer? It looks crazy, but I like it and was just wondering if anyone has any thought about it.

It is an effective stabilizer at reducing noise/vibration in the bow. I am not crazy on the doinker design though personally so have not used it extensively.

I just got the Wild Thing and love it. I compared it to all the Doinkers and the Wild Thing proved to be the best for me. I like it alot

I've got to say, the first time I saw the 'Wild Thing' I never thought I would have it on my bow. However that was short lived. They actually work quite well, proves that looks can be deceiving.

In my opinion, the Wild Thing is one of the most overlooked stabilizers on the market... I had one on one of my bows and got to compare it heads-up against the Stealth, which is widely considered to be one of the best stabs on the market.

I think the Stealth obviously wins hands down in the "looks" department, and I like the offset weight distribution which allows you to use either end and change how it affects your bow.

The Wild Thing -- to me -- is just as competent in the vibration reduction category though, and I like how you can position the angled head in any direction to offset the weight of a quiver or any natural torquing tendencies you may have. The Stealth probably lets you "point" the bow better, but looking at sheer ability to reduce vibration -- which is what most people think of I believe in a hunting stabilizer -- it's pretty darn good.

It should have been called the "ugly thing".

I had one on my bow for a bit. I got it for free so i had to try it. It does alot for vibration and quietness. I just like a little linger stabilizer. Its a pretty good stabilizer

I have one and absoluetly LOVE it!

It helps me hold steady and definitely absorbs vibration and noise.

I used it on my hunting set-up and shot a 300 score at indoors with it.

Sure it may look weird, but then again, so do half of you guys!:D
