Default STS

I was thinking about putting a rear mount STS system on my 2006 Tribute. However, I was hoping some people who use them or have used them can tell me how much I will actually benefit by using one.

I have a custom suppressor for my Allegiance made by a guy on AT. He makes an excellent product and camo dips them to match your bow. They work awesome. They takealot of noise out of the bow. PM me if you want more information on who builds them. There are a couple different options that are better IMO than the self proclaimed original "STS" suppressor.

I have no idea how it will affect the Tribute, but I can say putting them on a Trykon transforms it into an entirely different bow.....For the better. They are amazing.

Here's an intersting point.....Did ya'll know Pro Line was using that system back in the 80's? I forget what they called it.....Intersting I thought.

I have one on my Switchback XT.
Makes a big difference in noise.
Also, a side benefit is that I would occaisionally have a random forearm slap before I installed it. But since I put it on, no more slaps no matter how thick a jacket I wear.

Take a look @ some the answers, they'll probably convince u. I ordered a custom 1 from a guy on AT. If u're interested, pm me, & I'll sendu his contact info. As soon as it arrives, I'm going to try it, & I'll let u know how it goes.

I put an STS on my Switchback XT and I won't hunt without one. Any good archery shop will let you try one on your setup before you purchase.
