Just heard some rumblings that Gold tip may be possibly closing shop in the near future. Has anyone heard anything on this?

Not true at all.......I am in communication with them directly on at least a weekly basis and they are definitely not closing shop.

No, they are not closing up shop, but I have it on good authority they will be moving to Mexico. [:@]

They are already manufacturing raw shafts in Mexico. However, the best arrows I ever shot were made in Mexico, but have since went out of business.

My local dealer said the company was having difficulty getting suppliesin and finished product back out over the border. I really enjoyed the Gold Tips I was shooting, but if my local dealer cannot supply them, hasta la vista baby. I'm now looking at the Carbon Express Maxima 350's.

yeah, i couldn't imagine why they would go out of business. They seem to be by far the most popular arrow, at least around here.

no..... we are a dealer for them and we are having no problem getting them in. they did move to Mexico already which was the cause of the back orders and delays in shipments. they are keeping their main facility here in the states yet but are having them made in Mexico from what we have been told.
