Difference

I'm new to this site. So in looking for info I came across this site and was interested in knowing if anyone could tell me the difference between the Trykon and the Vetrix, and what should I be looking to pay for each. On ebay I see Trykons going for550.00 all day. Thanks for any help in advance.

No hoyt bow will be covered if they are sold over the net, unless they want to. They have some net hatred. I don't get it.:D

I'm pretty sure they have different cams and the Trykon doesn't have the stealthshot thats new for this year similar to a sts local shop prices $650.00 for Trykon and $700.00 for Vectrix also you can get a Vectrix Xl that has a ATA of 36" check them out at www.hoyt.com

In my opinion there is not much difffernce in the trykon and the vectrix. ATA is the same brace height is the same, cams are different and they added a stealth shot, which you can add an aftermarket one to the trykon. So the only differnce would be in the cams.

Are the new cams worth the difference. The local shop is asking 700 for the trykon and 770 for the vetrix. Just moved to charlotte nc. looking for a good shop.

I am not sure if the cams would make that much difference. I am sure the trykon and the vectrix have very different draw cycles. It is going to depend on what type of draw cycle you like.
