Leaf River - Customer Service A++++
These guys rock................
I have had mine since Feb 2005. After I first got it, it stopped taking pictures (thinkI had it out when it was too cold). They fixed it that time and had it back to me in less than a week. In the process they updated it, put a new lense in it, new wiring, all sorts of stuff they updated that didn't have anything to do with what was wrong. They didn't charge me a dime even though they have a disclaimer about temperature in the winter. Just sent it back in because the flash stopped working at night. They once again had it back within 2 weeks. This time the camera was out of warranty. They didn't charge me a dime, not even the return shipping. Now keep in mind, this camera has been outside every day (except for when it was shipped to them) for 2 years almost and has taken probably 20,000 pictures. It still gets 5000+ pics per set of batteries, and almost 4 months before they need replaced. I love these guys............will buy another when it comes time. It's nice to see someone stand by their product even when it is out of warranty. Just thought I would share. Time to set it up and take inventory on whats left in the woods for next year! |

I have called this company for help 3 times, and never had a call returned[:@]I will try them when I am done with this post. PIX Controllers has taken the lead in my mind:D
