RE: new to bowhunting
The only advice I can give you is to go to your local pro shop and talk to the owner.
Ask to see and try all the diffrent bows he or she sells and then pick the one thats feels right for you. Most shops will offer package deals that could save you some money and while your there you can have them make any adjustments and make sure your bow is tuned and ready for you to shoot. Make sure you ask alot of questions draw length , wheight , arrows , fieldtip and broadhead grain wheight. |

Good advice! There are so many great bows on the market, you want a local person to help you after the sale. I would shot, not 1 or 2 times, but many times with a least 3 or 4 different brand bows. Each bow co has its own feel. Good luck and let us know where you land:D

i agree with the others on that you should shoota few to see what feel right to you. they have given you very good advice. the only other thing i can say is that since you are fairly new, you might check out some of the Diamond bows. they are very good and if you don't have the cash flow to get one of the all mightly three, these will save you some green backs.
good luck with the sport... speed |
RE: new to bowhunting
There are several great shooting reasonably priced bows. Really, the best thing to do is to shoot several bows and just see what you like.
