Quivers

I was curious about two things regarding quivers. Who shoots with a quiver mounted on their bow and who does not? What are the brands/models of some of the better quivers, as I am looking for something different. Thanks ahead of time.

I have always had my quiver on the bow when hunting. I also had it off during practice. It didn't make any difference, just a little heavier when it's on. I want to be able to take a second shot when I have to. I used the kwikee.

Who makes the Kwikee or is that the brand name?

Take a look at Fuse archery. I've been impressed with the looks of their gear but I haven't had a chance to try it yet.

Here's the link:

The price is very reasonable.

Have always hunted with the quiver on my bow and have always used the "stock" quiver that came with my bow. The main reason that I shoot with my quiver on is because thats how I sighted in my bow and I feel as though I should mimic my practice techniques while in the woods. I know a quiver with 3 arrows isn't "too" heavy, but you can def tell when its on or off while shooting. My Dad on the other hand, takes his quiver off and likes that practice.

To each their own.

4 arrow Fuse detachable, but I leave it on 90% of the time. Practice with it on too. Absolutely no vibration or noise that I can detect. Expensive, but worth the money as far as I am concerned.

I went with the one by Mathews, it works and I leave it on 100% of the time.

I use the 4 arrow mechanical Kwickee Kwiver, mainly because I like the two point arrow attachment system VS only one.I also don't hunt with a quiver on the bow, I prefer the lighter feel and balance with it off.
