Default Best Value Under $600

I've decided to buy a new bow next year, but I'm not completly sure what brand yet. I was wondering if anybody on here had any recomendations on a bow under $600. The companies I am looking at our hoyt, diamond, reflex, and bowtech. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Martin makes some great bows that can be had for under 600.00. A great place to look is archerytalk.com in the classifieds. There are some real bargains over there.

I love my Diamond Victory. A great bow for the money. Is it right for you? Only you know that. Go out and shoot every bow you can get your hands on that is in your price range. Then you will know.

I just bought a new Hoyt Trykon for $625. Great bow. I've always like Hoyt's.

Darton doesn't get much play on this forum, but they are great bows and priced right. Their C/P/S cam system is top notch. They were the inventor of the now popular cam and a half systems you see nowadays. You can tailor it to your exact draw length with ease and once the bow is tuned it will stay that way. You can't go wrong with a Darton and their top of the line bow will go for about $600 with other good offerings coming in less than that. Try to find a Darton dealer and go shoot one.

Darton maurauder finshed 3rd behind matthews and hoyt in the outdoorlife yearly comparison which is done independant of company influence. Price I believe was 599. I shot one extremely smooth very forgiving all a man could want in a bow w/out paying for the advertising of the big names

Without shooting every bow under $600 nobody can give a definitive answer. All you can do is go shoot a whole bunch of bows for yourself.

One that does come to mind that is new this year is the Martin Bengal. It's getting some rave reviews.
