Well how much do your parents want to spend on your new bow?

I'd look at the following:

PSE Firestorm Lite...............$430
Parker Ultra-Lite 31.............$540
Parker Hornet.....................$620
The Entire Diamond Line.......$399-$800

As for arrows, I'd go with a high quality carbon arrow such as Carbon Express, Beman, Gold Tip, etc. Broadheads....start with a 100 grain Muzzy and go from there.
