Asked this in a different forum without much response. So i figured i'd try here also. Just curious if anyone has tried one of these new red and blue led lights that are used to aid in tracking wounded game. Anybody tried it? Thanks.

A very experience tracker, John Jeanehenny who wrote, Tracking dogs for finding wounded deer tested these, they did not live up to the expectation.

I have one. I have only tested it on a rabbit I hit. It woked but I didn't have much blod to work with. Without that light I wouldn't have found the blood.

I ordered one in the middle of August and havent gotten it yet. It has been shipped and it is scheduled for delivery to me tomorrow. I will let you know how it works if I get the opportunity to try it.
