Please tell me what you guys think about the Ross Archery line of Bows. I was dead set on a Hoyt Trykon XL and on a whim I shot a Ross. I loved it, but would like to hear the pros and cons of the bows.
Thanks in advance

I have a CR331 and love it, shoot it without a stabizer and have added a CHL rear shock supressor. It is shock and vibration free and almost silent. Smoothest drawing bow I have ever owned

The current owner stabbed his ex-partner in the back. The ex-partner isthe one who designed the bows. The current owner filed a patent on the design in HIS name. [:@]

I will NEVER buy a Ross bow!

Didn't the same thing happen when he designed Mathews bows?

I think Ross builds a increadable bow. Their customer relations dept has another thing to be said though. I had questions about the 331 before they hit the stores and wanted to hear straight from Ross. After 6 ph. calls and 6 Emails I said heck with them Ill keep my 4 Mathews bows (1 hunting, 1 target, the ol' lady and the kid) and Ross can keep theirs.

I HAVE A QUESTION FOR YOU, HAVE YOU SHOT THE HOYT, IF NOT GO SHOOT ONE. THEN YOU WILL KNOW WHICH BOW FEELS BETTER TO YOU. TRY NOT TO GET COUGHT UP IN THE NAME OF A BOW. ALOT OF US SHOT A NAME BRAND BOW AND THINK IT IS THE ONE.REMEMBER THIS IS ONE PEICE OF EQUIPMENT THAT YOU WILL CARRY IN THE WOODS ALL THE TIME SO PICK THE ONE THAT FEELS THE BEST TO YOU TO SHOT.
GOOD HUNTING.

This is an opinion and there is no truth to this statement.
Ross bows are very good bows. They are smooth to draw and are very quiet.
