I've been wondering the same thing. They look like they work but are they worth the money?

Are they really all that much better than plain old insulated bibs and parkas ?

Thats one of the things I would like to know as well and when you consider how much you pay for the bibs and parka you gotta ask your self is it any cheaper just to buy one thing instead of two.

I have a heaterbody suit, I only use it when its real cold, like below 0, or very windy. It does a good job at keeping you warm, its very quiet and easy to use, You simply hang your bow up, get in the thing and zip it up, (all that sticks out is your head) when you see a deer approching you simply unzipp and slip out, the suit slides down to your waist and your free to shoot. One nice thing about hunting with the suit is you don't have to wear all those bulky clothes, so it does make shooting in cold weather much easier.

Is the zipper quiet? Do you wear it out to the stand or put it on once you get there?
Nate

I was told that the zipper is quiet and you put it on once your up in your stand , it will be alittle hard to climb into your stand with it on.

We have them in the shop including a display with one andthey work great. The material they are made from is super quiet and soft. One of our shop staff uses one and loves it.

Would an old sleeping bag work just as well?

Real !
If were to buy a good pair ofinsulated parka and bib overalls and paid for them septreatlymind you , how much do you think you would be paying.
In my own opinion I think $329.00 + tax and shiping is not really that bad and they back there product up with a money back garenttee.
I'm gonna go ahead and order one of these , if I'm not happy with or if it doesn't keep me warm I'll send it back.

I wish I had that suit today , it's snowing and windy right now here in Michigan.
I'd be freezing my butt off about now , I can't stand the cold .

I've been thinking of getting one of these suits, but they seem pretty expensive. Something like $300 - $325. I also wondered how easy they are to put on once in your tree-stand and if the straps interfere with a full-body safety harness.
