sonic heads

i think my original post was lost

out to 50yrds (i didnt shoot farther) dead on except in mild breeze.

the blades dulled with two shots into the foam deer target.

today i shot it from my recurve and hit the tree behind my target penitration was great almost to the arrow but i unscrewed my arrow to then cut it out and noticed my arrow wobble alittle. i cut out the arear around it and it fell out. the blade tips (i thought for sure would fail if anything) were just fine, but the ferlue underneaththe locking collar was bent very badly. this is poor in my opinion because ive shot things into the tree out of my compound and havent bent a head yet (damage blades though) and i shot the sonic from my 50lb recurve that shoots at like 150-165fps at best.

RE: sonic heads

That was my beef with them. Just not durable enough for me. I tried them last year and ditched them because they were one shot wonders.
