RAGE broadheads

Looking for info on RAGE broadheads. Always used Muzzy's but might try RAGE.

RE: RAGE broadheads

I really like the reward design. But if i were you i'd save the 10$ and use the rocky mnt snypers if you want to shoot mechs. Its the same design. I was looking at a pack of the rage heads in Dick's the other day and noticed some rust on the blades. A big concern for me. Because its a "slip cam" design, which i think means the blades are a pressure fit in the head (using friction to keep it closed). Any rust will make it harder for the head to open, and w/ the cut on contact tip you may not have enough force to open them.

Good design, just watch out for rust. Since i will hunt in the rain eventually, i wouldnt want a head that could rust shut.
Just my opinion though, havnt used them. But have did use the rocky snypers last year w/ great success. And will carry a few of them this year for those windy days.
