Broadhead
Have any of you arrow slingers used the Tite Point Shuttle T-Lock broadhead its supposed impact the same as field points. What do you think of them
|
RE: Broadhead
excellent heads overall. tough, accurate, penetrate well and reasonably sharp.
|
RE: Broadhead
probably a great head, but when i am looking to kill bear i go to the magnus stinger... they are the sharpest broadhead i've ever seen and they fly like a field point. i was beer and deer hunting last fall a shot a doe right through the shoulder. complete pass-through w/ the stinger... things are danger!!!

RE: Broadhead
I don't know why you keep calling that nubber a doe. Ya broad heads tend to penetrate bone better on those 7month old deer.
|
RE: Broadhead
at least i'm not wounding them w/ the jak-hammer...
|
RE: Broadhead
I don't wanta make ya eat your words but what kind of head were ya using when ya wounded that doe (or was it a nubber). That me and jeffrey helped you try to find that ran for two miles and we never found her. Ha....I remember...it was a jackhammer!
|
RE: Broadhead
first, i didn't wound any deer with any broadhead ever! i did one lung a doe once w/ a NAP thunderhead which tried to lay down and die 60 yards from my stand, but your buddy binkly decided he couldn't shoot a deer on his own and decided to take mine as his!
you are the one who has and probably will continue to wound deer; not me! |
RE: Broadhead
Maybe my dad and Iwerejust in a long dream like state that daywe walked for ever searching for your deer and never found it. Sorry I hate when that happens.
|
RE: Broadhead
i suppose it would be hard to keep track when it's happend to yourself soooo many times; like last year for instance!
must have been that jak-hammer and not poor shot placement thought? |
