Loop Hook Release
 

Does anyone here use one of the "loop hook" style releases and if so what do you think? Thanks

I used one from Jim Fletcher this past season. I loved the release, it was quick, smooth and quiet. BUT if you tried to pull the bow back slow it wouldSOMETIMES slip off of the string loop. Needless to say I was too stubborn to listen to my hunting partner and switch back to my closed caliper release, so this season ISAVED a nice fat doe from my freezer by shooting over her back becase the release slipped off during the draw. My advice, don't get one for hunting.

I use the Winn Flite hook loop and it works great. Try one out at Bass Pro's before you buy in order to check that you get the right size.
