Need help selecting arrows.

I am in the market for some new arrows and was wondering what you all think. I have been shooting easton axis for the last 2 years and love them but am wondering if i should maybe switch. what are your recomendations. I was thinking about the new carbon express maxims, or maybe the easton full metal jacket but they are very spencive. I also need to be able to get them tobe over 400grains at 28 inchesincluding the broadhead. thanks for your recomendations.

mac,You might want to look into the Beman Max series. They are "reasonally" priced, have the slim-tech shaft design,HIT inserts, and the weight(grs per in.)that will get you where you want your arrows to be.
I'm shooting the Max-4's---appox. 90.00 a dozen.Good Luck....Bob

How much weight do you pull, how much point weight do you put in them, and how long of an arrow?
