Anyone use a Mantis V-Drive sight

I am looking at a Mantis V drive sight from Trophy Ridge for my SB XT. Being a pendulum sight I am wondering if anyone has used these and what kind of noise they make being pendulum style (always noisier). Any other suggestions for good sights would be great. The Mantis looks like it gives ya the best of both worlds, I just don't want to shell out $150 to find it's noisey:(

I shoot a Mantis and love it, zero noise and accurate out to about thirty yards on my Switchback. The only thing I can see wrong is if you don't REALLY tighten down the lock nut on the V-drive system it tends to move.

i've seen the 'moving' issue with trophy ridge sights a lot.

Yea, there is a hex head bolt to tighten it down but you really have to put the tork to it, then the V-Drive is inoperable. When I buy another it will be without V-Drive, several dollars cheaper
