Stalker Shield/ Ground Blind- Have you seen this?

I'v never hunted from a ground blind. Have any of you guys seen this thing? http://www.sportclimbers.com/stalkerindex.htm what are your thoughts. Gimmick product or awsome alternative?

NJ,
Hi from a fellow Jersey bowhunter. I only hunt from the ground and use dead branches and fallen trees as a blind. I just purchased a Porta Roof from WalMart ($17.75 + tax). It's an umbrella (in Mossy Oak Breakup) used for tree stands but you can lay it on the ground as a quick ground blind. The company website is www.buckwing.com if you want to see it. I'm using it tomorrow AM for the first time.

That mylar thing reflects the ground but I'd be afraid that sunlight would also be reflected and draw the attention of deer.

This thing should make one hell of a blind for stalking pronghorns. Double it with a decoy and it would make one great set up. As for the sun, just angle it down a couple of degrees toward the ground.

maybe for plains game but it really looks like a gimmick to me.

I don't think that it's a big gimmic. I have talked to a couple of different people that have used actual mirrors do do the same thing on pronghorns. The only problem is mirrors are really heavy and fragile. Maybe a deer or turkey close enough would see himself and want to attack himself.
