Default Any good trainging video/books out there?

I am just starting out and want to know if there are any good videos or books out there (and where I can get them from). I don't really want "hunting" videos... I am more interested in technique/form/etc. I know I can ask the local guys, but opinions run rampant... I don't want to start with the wrong advice...

Thanks...

PSE has some good shooting form videos. Books and video's with Bernie Pellerite. You can find some at PSE's site and at Lancaster Archery And I am sure lots of other place
