Deer Scent, Proper way to use
 

I decited to use the Code Blue brand this year. Ipurchased the Buck Urine, Doe Estrous and the Tarsal Gland all in "White tail". I have used different brands with no luck. I usally put some Doe Estrous in the little plastic bottles and hang them from tree branches. I would like to learn the "proper" way to utilize these aids. Thanks in advance.

I basically just use it as a cover up. I have had some luck by soaking cotton balls. I dropped them every 50 yards on the way to my stand. had buck follow me right to my stand

Too early in the season for those types of scents in my opinion. You might have more luck in another few weeks.

The plain buck urine is your best bet right now. The estrus doe stuff you can use the last week of Oct. all the way through the season. The tarsal urine I would save for peak breeding time, say mid to late Nov. Good luck.
