RE: Silver Strike expandables?
As far as Walmart broadheads go........... If it does not say NAP or Muzzy then leave it on the shelf. Those are the only two broadheads that Walmart sells that are worth a flip. Remember, you get what you pay for.

I have a quiver full of Grim Reapors for myself.....my dad was looking at them for himself. They did look similar to the GR's...except they use rubber bands. And I agree with the getting what you pay for.

RE: Silver Strike expandables?
I hunt with two guys that have taken 53 deer with them over the years. For a non premium head, this is a good one. .30 blades, 1.5 inch cut and the blades sit back a little to help kick on angled shots. Pretty good little head.

One of my hunting buddies uses these heads and has taken many deer with them. He will argue the quality of these heads with anyone.

RE: Silver Strike expandables?
I have Grim Reapers in my quiver now but prior to that I used the Silver Stikes by Eastman Outfitters for a couple of years..I would also argue the fact that these heads are great..Sure sometimes you might lose a blade on a shot but for the money go buy another pack full of fresh razor sharp heads. :)I have taken deer, ram, turkey, and wild hogs with these heads and I haven't lost any game with them and they leave excellent bloodtrails. I got a deal on these Reapers on ebay last year and I'm going to use them until I run out. The price on them has gone up quite a bit since I bought mine so when they're gone I'll probably look into the Silver Strikes again. GOOD LUCK
