LimbSaver Grips?

Thinking bout putting the wrap on my bow to cut down on some handle noise. Anyone use one?? what do you think of them?

I think it makes the grip too fat. I like a nice thin grip. I don't like thr "grippy" feel either. I prefer my hand to be able to slide inplace with out having to remove it from the grip completely.

Where/ how is the grip making noise and what bow do you have? There are other things you can do if your grip is loose and vibrating.

They do not make a bow more quiet. They make the grip too fat. Anything made of rubber will not let the grip slide into it's natural position in your hand while shooting. That includes the stupid rubber grips that many have right from the factory.

I agree with the other two gentleman. Though they do cut down on vibration they also make the grip too thick and easy to torque. It would be nice if Sims just came out with grips instead of the wrapping material.

They do work nicely wrapped around your limbs or limb pockets though.

;)

Personally, I like a slick grip. If the grip causes any type of "holding friction" such as checkering on wood or rubber (the original grip on my darton)I really don't like it.

I have just the thin strip on the front of the grip, where the bare metal is to keep my fingers from getting too cold.
