Default Anybody use a retractable dog leash?

Does anybody use a retractable dog leash for pulling there bow and stuff up to your stand?? I thought about attaching one to my climber so I could clip it on my bow, climb up the tree, and then pull the bow up and never have to worry about the extra rope getting tangled up anywhere, or hanging there with your scent all over it.

I use a green one that I got for abot $5 at a dollar store . It's a 20 footer , and it works well . I keep it tied to my climber for convenience . I've seen a similar "hunting" version selling for considerably more , I guess there really is a sucker born every minute ...

I seen you can get them on ebay for less then $1 on ebay (plus shipping)

even if you have to buy apink one, I hear they make this new stuff called paint, apparently you can get any color you want, and spray it on something to change the color......I think that would be a much better deel than paying $30 for a camoflauge one

Yep, I got a red one for medium dogs that has a 26 foot cord on it. I hang it on the bow holder and when the cord runs out I know I am at the height I want to be.

These are awesome. No string to get tangled, no having to wind up those other hoists, just pull up your bow and it winds itself and let your bow down and it winds itself up as you decend from the tree.

That is a good idea. I think I will use it this year. I perfer the non camo versions. Every time I buy something that is camo and I drop it....I loose it. I like the stuff I can find if I drop it.
