Copper John?
 
was sighting new bow today and when I tried move pins they were VERY hard toslid up and down is this normal?

yea but i think thats a good thind tap it with the allen wrench it should finly adjust it

loosen them up good and leave the allen wrench in to help slide them up and down.

Your individual pins were hard to move or the entire sight bracket. I guess I am making some assumptions here. Which CJ sight are you using?

I am shooting the Copper John Dead Nuts,and yes the pins are normally stiff to move up and down individually.Oviously very tight tolerances.
What bigbuck said works very well,just dont put alot of pressure on the end of the pin.
Best thing to do is site your 20 yard pin(or whatever range your 1st pin is set for)by moving the whole site ring itself.Then move the remaining pins individually.
