Great food and good company.

I'll go again with any of you whenever I'm available.
Looking forward to the next couple of shoots.

All these years I bowfished alone because I didn't know anyone else that did it.
It's much more fun together.

Anybody hear how the pontoon crew did?

It's too bad the weather didn't cooperate.
There was quite a bit of activity when the sun was out, but the overcast skies kept the fish quiet most of the morning.

That bay has got to be a virtual shootin' gallery on a sunny day!
You could probably take another shot as soon as you reel in your arrow.

You're a great tour guide, Ed. Thanks for letting me occupy some deck space on your boat.

Hopefully, the weather at the next shoot will resemble summer!! I mean, both the wonderlake and this shoot were precedec by some strong cold fronts...shouldnt be wearing jackets in the last week of July! Next up, bigheads on the Illinois, Aug. 7th.

and maybe next time I'll get bed a bit earlier the night before.
Getting to sleep at 11:30, and then getting up at 3:30 makes it difficult to stay awake after eating so much good food at lunchtime. :D
