whats a klick cast reel? 20-4- is way too lite. you can pull a fish in with it, but you will lose alot of arrows getting stuck, or snapping off on the shot. if thats a closed face spincast reel, try 200 lb fastflite line.

i think since the pond ill be in is soft bottom and the carp and bullheads will be in between 10 and 20 pounds il go with about 50 pound testif i loose an arrow it will be no more than ten feet from me and i can swim for it so thats no biggie.

I would strongly suggests getting a AMS no-drag Retreiver Reel. They usually come with I believe 140 lb. test braided line. I pull that off and put on a 350 version of fast flight line. You'll be amazed at the pushment you put your arrows, tips and line through bowfishing. Often when you miss shooting in cattails you can pull with both hands (wearing batting gloves) as hard as you possibly can and sill can't get them out. Need less to say 140 lb. with alittle wear will break. I haven't broken the 350 lb. yet!
Good Luck!
