Question?

Here in Northern Illinois their aree alot of crop lands that have been flooded from all the rain> and alot of carp have spilled over from the Pecatonica river here in ridott illinois. Is their a special law other than asking the owner to Bow shoot for the fish in the fields as the water recedes.

If you have permission all you need is a fishing license and your set to go, we have been shooting a few in central ILL in flooded fields..A Lot of Fun!!!! Good Luck..
