Bull frogs
 
Were do bullfrogs fit into bowfishing around here. Was offered the chance to go for bullfrogs and green frogs at a friends place.

These are from the Ohio regs:

FROG SEASON is open from June 15 at 6 p.m. through April 30. Only bullfrogs and green frogs may be legally taken. Not more than 10 may be taken or possessed at any time. Frogs may not be shot except with a longbow and arrow. Hours are local time.

I should reword this has anyone here ever went for these tastey leg?
I know its 4 months away just getting syced up.

I haven't but I know lots of places to go if I did. I might look into it this year. I heard they're good eatin'. Always up for some tasty leg!

They're the only thing I use the old Stingaree points on. A llot of fun giving the boy a crap for missing three times in a row on the same frog from 2 feet away.

never tried with a bow just gigin an .22
