A place to practice

A good friend of mines brother owns a sucba school with a pool. Well 3 pools. One is 6 ft deep after bsing with him he came up with an idea to submerge 2lt pop bottles at different depth. Well I have a 11yr old son just started in archery. Pick him up a buckeye jr and set it for bowfishing. To shorten up story the kid is excided he fine after 30 shots hit a bottle. After that he was dead on.

That is cool! Way to go. It's always fun to watch the look on a kids face when they get that first whack.

I just want to say you aren't that far from Prairie Creek Res. in Muncie,IN there are carp by the thousands all around the banks, most are 16-20 inches. If you get a chance the bank permits are about $2 or a launch permit $5 , thats a good idea you had but let him get a couple of these and hes hokked for life. Not only that the locals want them gone.

We have the maumee river 2 miles from the house. But its 8degrees outside a layer of ice forming styrofoam will work for a few months.
